Event photography started well for 2012 with a great swimming event held by Carnegie swimming club. The event was held in Carnegie Leisure Centre, Dunfermline following the £17m refurbishment works completed in late 2011.

Unfortunately the excessive heat and humidity created problems with the instant printing event service so any pictures taken can be viewed and ordered on the password protected gallery.

This money has been raised during the festive period providing instant printing event photography at a Santa’s Grotto in Edinburgh, Scotland. Through the support of Forth 1 and 2, the national charity Cash for Kids is able to provide support to children in Fife, Lothian’s and the Borders as well as other parts of the UK. We would like to thank everyone who visited the Grotto and supported this worthwhile charity.

A very hot and busy weekend covering several hundred swimmers competing in the annual Carnegie Club winter meeting. Competition was very strong particularly from Edinburgh University doing very well and several Common Wealth Games finalist taking part in the events. Carnegie Swimming Club were announced to be the winning club by a matter of a few points in the end.

Fett Images were there with the wireless shooting technology allowing the supporters to view the images in the spectator area within a minute of the race finishing.

Sue Ryder Care held its annual midnight walk fundraising event in Dundee. Over 140 women took the streets on the Riverside, down to the Tay Bridge which was crossed to the half way point and then back along the Riverside Inn for a well earned roll and bacon.

The summer weather held for once in Scotland and allowed a very successful charity fundraising event to be held at the Titan crane in Clydebank, Glasgow. Over 60 people braved the height and abseiled to raise money for the charity Enable Scotland.

Instant printing event photography was provided by Fett Images allowing everyone to view their images and buy them as soon as they reached the ground. Fett Images was pleased to hand over a donation to the event organisers and provide this unique service.

Event Photography covers’s classic bike weekend.

East Fortune race track hosted the Bob McIntyre memorial classic race weekend, organised by The Scottish Classic Racing  Motorcycle Club. Scotland’s weather on the Saturday allowed the practise sessions to be completed in the morning however racing didn’t start until the Sunday.

Event Photography was provide with the even trailer and the long range wireless system throughout the weekend, allowing the competitors to view their images and have them printed within minutes of the race ending.
